Spiritual Care

Fee: $100 for a 1 hour session

If you are feeling out of tune with your life, struggling to cope with specific circumstances, coming to terms with major life changes, grieving a loss, or simply trying to make sense of who you think you are in the world, then perhaps my spiritual guidance can help. I offer an integrated approach to exploring the layers of emotional, mental, physical, and soulful presence we draw upon to create the presence of who we are in this world. In supporting my clients, I draw from my own well of experience on the journey of healing as well as professional trainings throughout my career in social service work providing support in areas of mental health, abuse, family breakdown, death/dying, relationships and life coaching.     

Fee: $145 for initial 1.5 hour session; subsequent 1 hour sessions are $100

Reiki is an ancient healing art that is essentially a 'laying on of hands' in a process of tuning into the life force energy (or "Ki") of the person to facilitate a restoration of the harmonious balance. The true healing comes from opening up the heart space to receive the intuitive knowledge of their Divine Grace and co-creative relationship with Source ( as many identify as God, Creator...and so on)
The treatment session focuses on intuitively reading the energy patterns around the 7 energy centers (chakras) of the body and re-establishing the harmonious connection of the physical body to Divine Source.
Reiki treatments have scientifically been proven to have very dramatic and positive effects on everything from mild to severe depression, debilitating illness and painful physical conditions. It can be a beautifully calming and restorative complementary healing practice.
Dolphin Trilogy Reiki uses the loving energy of dolphins, whales, and planetary energy, in a powerful healing modality for emotional issues, addictions, depression, and feelings of being alone, isolated, or incomplete in some way. This healing can offer a sense of warmth and belonging that eases the feelings of sadness and weariness. By allowing the loving energies to enter the heart space, the individual experiences a freedom that invites an expression of one's own truth to surface.
REIKI INSTRUCTION is available for those wanting to learn to incorporate Reiki into their self-care practice. Contact me privately to discuss teaching options.

 

Fee: $225 for 2.5 hour initial assessment; subsequent one hour sessions $100

Energy Medicine is the practice of working with the subtle energy fields to 'read' how the energy is flowing within and around an individual. In a process of connecting with the various energy systems and patterning of an individual, the practitioner is able to identify problem areas and assist in restoring the harmonious flow.

 Energy Medicine works with the meridian systems, pressure points, chakras, and light energy that connect an individual through all levels of their physical and spiritual being. A complete Energy Medicine Assessment is approx. 2 hours in length. Once the initial assessment is completed, follow up sessions are the standard one hour session.
